I was hurting a little on last night's run, but I think the foam roller and some ibuprofen took care of it. The sun's setting earlier, so I got to see a beautiful orange sunset over Staten Island. I love air pollution.
First day of classes for the fall term. A kid stayed after to tell me I have a great aura. Wonder what color it is.

You're right. The bright side of pollution are beautiful sunsets. We get brilliantly hazy pink ones over here. :)
My leg wedge, by the way, probably takes up almost 1/3 of a california king size bed. Include 2 cats, 1 other body, and I'm very claustrophobic every night.
Oh, too bad.I've got my knee pillow and two cats in a double. I'm fine, but my girlfriend sometimes wakes up clinging for dear life to the edge of the bed.
